1. Engine

• Check compression and spark
• Check and replace sparkplugs
• Check condition of ignition coils and plug wires
• Check carb for leaks and operation
• Lube throttle and control arm
• Run engine tuner through engine
• Check idle speed and adjust as needed
• Check motor timing and sync adjust as needed
• Run engine – check for final adjustments
• Check for overheating and proper shifting
• Check tilt and reverse lock
• Grease engine as needed
• Spray engine with corrosion block

2. Lower Unit

• Check gearlube – replace
• Check for water in lube
• Pressure and vacuum test gearcase * Remove prop and check for fish line
• Lube prop and shaft splines

• 25hp and Up – 2.25 3.25 Hours labor plus parts
