• Check compression and spark
• Replace spark plugs,check wires
• Check link and sync
• Run engine tuner through engine
• Lubricate engine and steering cable
• Test run
• Lube throttle control arm
• Check charging and cooling system
• Check starting safety switch
• Check idle speed
• Check or replace anodes
• Check and fill TNT oil reservoir
• Check oil injection reservoir – fill
• Run salt-away through engine
• Spray engine with corrosion block
• Check trailer lock
• Check battery – charge

2. Lower Unit

• Check gear lube
• Check for water in lubricant
• Pressure and vacuum test gearcase
• Remove prop and check for fish line
• Check shifting
• Lube prop shaft splines

3. Fuel System

• Clean and replace fuel filters
• Check for system leaks and operation

4. Boat

• Grease Steering Cable
• Check boat accessories for operation
• Check for binding in tilt and steering
• Check drain plug

7. Trailer

• Check trailer bearings, lights, tire pressure
• Grease trailer bearings
