1. Engine

Check compression and spark

Check and replace sparkplugs

Check charging system

Check condition of ignition coils and wires * Check and adjust valves

Run engine tuner through engine

Change engine oil and filter

Lube throttle control arm if applicable

Grease engine as needed

Check cooling system

Check all starting lock out features

Spray engine with corrosion block

Check tilt and reverse lock

2. Lower Unit

• Check gearlube – replace if dirty
• Check for water in lube
• Pressure and vacuum check if water present
• Remove prop and check for fish line
• Grease propshaft splines
• Check shifting

3. Fuel System

• Check for leaks and operation
• Clean and/or replace fuel filters
